Alle publizierten Inhalte auf diesem Blog sind als Anregungen, Zeitvertreib und zur Unterhaltung gedacht. Die beschriebenen Kräuter sammle ich für den Eigengebrauch, und die Rezepte sind größtenteils überlieferte Natur- bzw. Volksheilkunde, die ich selbst ausprobiert habe und die mir in bestimmten Situationen geholfen haben.
